    Nicholas was referred by a friend and I was grateful that I received the referral. I interviewed multiple attorneys prior to engaging him and, as he predicted upfront, I called him and simply stated "There's no question; you're the one for me." As one can imagine, the complications and emotions surrounding a divorce are huge. Nicholas' understanding of the law and how the system works removed all of my concerns about making certain my perspective and thoughts would be properly aired. He was quick to provide helpful advice and insight when needed -- which on occasion was as simple as "Calm down; there's no reason to get excited." Furthermore, he was a vigilant defender of my opinion and effectively and successfully argued on my behalf when the need arose. Obviously, it would be ideal if this type of representation were never needed, but unfortunately life sometimes makes other plans. If you do happen to find yourself in that situation, my advice and recommendation is simple: hire Nicholas.

    Mr, Buscemi represented me in my divorce case. From the beginning of the case, I felt comfortable and Mr. Buscemi explained and kept me updated at each step of the way. He even responded to my questions on the weekend! If you need a good divorce lawyer who will fight for you and your children...he's the one to use.

    Lawyer Buscemi answered my inquiry immediately, understood my son's problem, and provided superior advice which will lead to solving his problem with his X and children.
