I was really fortunate to have Mr. Cowhig as my divorce attorney. He is educated, professional, as well as empathic. This was such a difficult time in my life and not expected at all. About four years ago, I embarked on one the most difficult journeys of my life. I filed for divorce. My divorce has been extremely contentious and highly litigated. Mr. Cowhig has represented me in every aspect of my divorce. He has helped me obtain sole legal and physical custody of my son, exclusi...ve use of my marital home, orders of protection, and monitored visits. When the craziness surrounding my divorce continued, the court ordered a 730-child custody evaluation. I thought this evaluation would help the court continue to make orders that would protect my son but it did not. The child custody expert failed to do her job. Mr. Cowhig led the trial to contest the findings and recommendations of the 730 Child Custody Evaluation and he prevailed. The judge threw out the 730 report and did not implement its recommendations. I cannot thank Mr. Cowhig enough for his stellar legal presentation during this trial and through the years. I have the utmost respect for his legal knowledge and experience not only because he has always obtained positive outcomes in my case but because he’s done so while demonstrating professional integrity and ethical behavior. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Cowhig for helping me protect my family. I highly recommend Mr. Cowhig as an excellent family law practitioner.

Mr.Cowhig is an excellent lawyer. He is also very thoughtful and able to see the big picture at a time when a client too mired in difficult and stressful situation to see. He is not the kind of lawyer whose whole goal is to make money off his client. He is a lawyer who try to get his client the best ...outcome possible whether it is to win or to cut losses. I am very lucky to have Mr.Cowhig help me in my divorce and convince my ex-husband to settle divorce outside of court. The price he charges client is also fair and I would consider it a bargain for the result one gets. With his help, my divorce was settled in within 5 months--which from my understanding is quite quick. I would recommend Mr.Cowhig to anyone going through divorce-easy or difficult.

Entering into the divorce process is never easy and I learned this recently. So many questions with no answers and never having anyone to lean on and get accurate information.
