The year is 2014, I am a residence in the I.E, a divorce mother with 5 yrs old twins and I'm expecting my third child in August 2014. My job has now transferred me to LA and the commute is killing me SO I decide to move to LA. Five days before the move I received court papers from my ex-husband to ...stop me from moving with the kids. I went to court the Judge allowed the move and for me to have the baby BUT I needed to come back to court 3weeks after the baby was born. I know I needed to find help. John did a fabulous job representing me through my divorce and restructuring of my settlement agreement. I had originally agreed to a higher than normal amount for child and spousal support as I just wanted to get the divorce over with. Realizing that I was paying way too much, John was able to wor...k out a significant reduction of those items along with a favorable child custody schedule. I highly recommend having John on your side as you go through your divorce. I wish I would have used him from the beginning!
