I spoke with Tyler about a potential case and he carefully listened and provided valuable information. If I ever need representation I will look to him.

Efficient & amazing!

I contacted Tyler after having issues with my employer. I was very scared to speak up about the issue at hand, but I knew I had to do something. Tyler was very communicative, and made me feel like I was in the best hands. I was nervous, and didn’t expect much But he went above and beyond! I am so hap...py I chose him to help, and my expectations were beyond met! He won’t leave you hanging, and he’s available with any questions you ever have! He also knows his stuff!! Thank you !!!

Talked with Tyler about my rights as an employee. He was very generous in his time and gave me some great advise on best approach for wrongful termination. Was sensitive to my situation for working at my previous employer for 20 years.

A Great Experience to End a Bad One

In June 2021 I left a position I had been working for several years and after some research I started to have reason to believe that there may have been some issues with my employment. I reach out to Tyler Kring and he got back to me almost immediately! He went through what steps he believed were in ...my best interest and walked me through the process fully. I decided to hire him with great confidence in his ability! He stayed in near constant communication and talked me through what he thought were my best options. Not only was he an amazingly informed lawyer but also provided me with a sounding board for questions that I had pertaining to my case and any feelings I was having towards the process or my previous employer. If he himself didn't have the answer offhand he made sure to point me in the right direction to find that information (I.e tax processes after reaching a settlement. He is not a tax attorney but let me know how I could get my questions answered) or went and found the information for me and followed up with the answer. I could email him at almost anytime and he would reach back out and set up a phone call with me to go over anything I needed. Not only did he make sure that I was properly compensated for my time, work and stress with my prior employer but also talk me off the ledge a few times on feeling as if this process would some how make me look bad in my current position that I carry within the same field as my prior employer. He made sure that it was outlined in my settlement that in the future my prior employer could not talk ill of me if ever contacted for a reference and made sure I KNEW I was doing the right thing! I cannot sing Tyler's praises enough and would recommend him to any and all friends and family who may find themselves in a situation like mine at any point in their career! Thank you again Tyler for your continued support throughout this process!

Professional and Knowledgable

Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgable. I had never received a Separation and Release of Claims from an Employer before and it was stressful for me. His knowledge and ability to explain the laws to me really made me feel comfortable and relieved my stress. I can tell he really cares about ...his clients. I highly recommend his services.
