Joseph G. Younes

Joseph Younes is a trial attorney and junior partner at BD&J, PC, where he represents individuals and families involved in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

His practice focuses on complex, serious injury matters involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, commercial vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, and premises liability. In just under seven years at BD&J, PC, Joseph has recovered over $200 million on behalf of his clients, including numerous seven and high eight figure results.

Joseph approaches every case with a trial-ready mindset. He has experience litigating in both state and federal courts, handling all phases of litigation through verdict. His work is centered on developing strong, evidence-driven cases that position his clients for the best possible outcome.

He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2022 and selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, reflecting his commitment to excellence in advocacy and results for his clients. Joseph is also a graduate of CAALA’s Plaintiff’s Trial Academy and the Jack Daniels Trial Academy through ABOTA, programs recognized for developing trial advocacy skills.

Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where he was a Merit Scholar, and his bachelor’s degree in political science, cum laude, from California Baptist University. He is admitted to practice in the State of California.
