Best Attorney I've ever hired.

Nathan is awesome! I was being sued and Nathan just took over. This attorney opposing us just gave up and left his unethical client. This occurred in approximately 3 weeks time. I can only tell you he is awesome!

Impressive Real Estate Attorney

Consulted Nathan today regarding Real Estate matter in San Diego County. Would not hesitate to hire him for any Legal issues with regards to Homeowner Association questions or Real Estate Transactions. Nathan is Highly Intelligent and explains things so it is to understand. I Actually think I can ...sleep tonight without worrying if I made the righr choice.

Exceeded Expectations

Nathan was referred to me from a close trustworthy friend. I could tell right away he was sharp and bright. He took time to hear my case and quickly led me to the best possible remedies and information I needed. He is outstanding. I definitely recommend calling him so you can see for yourself. I high...ly recommend hiring him too. From our conversation he showed good character.

Mrs

I highly recommend Nathan Perea for your legal issues. He is one of the very few attorneys I know that truly care about people. He is honest and puts in 150% to resolve your issues. I was amazed that he was able to arrive at the conclusion regarding my issues and that was because he never gave up.... I have recommended him to many of my friends that needed an attorney and they were all very happy with the results. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable from the first meeting which was important when you are dealing with certain family issues. Again, I highly recommend Nathan Perea.

Exceeded Expectations

First time needing a lawyer, and Nathan fully exceeded our expectations. He is up front and will tell you if its worth the price of litigation. It was for us. In short, a lien was placed on our house by a company seeking money that wasn't paid out by our Home Insurance Co. Nathan resolved our proble...m within a couple of months for minimal costs. I would highly recommend Nathan and his firm

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
