Chris Wagner helped me get my felony case dropped to a misdemeanor, kept me out of jail, and helped me get my charges dropped for a discount. The only downside is waiting for communication. Although, everything that he promised, he stuck with and that’s what’s important to me.

Mr. Wagner understands and respects the right of each person to have an opinion. Mr. Wagner's opinion is that the case was a risky one for trial. Therefore he tried everything he could do to get it dismissed or to get a reduction to a misdemeanor before commencing with trial, (the client was later convicted at trial with his new attorney). Mr. Wagner did not see a valid motion to suppress evidence on the case. No refund was available because the billable hours on the trial preparation and pretrial motion preparation exceeded the fee obtained.
