Misdemeanor case was dismissed

Chris was awesome helped me with my misdemeanor and got my case dismissed, no more future penalties and can actually work. Thank you Chris

Not a good experience

I hired Chris to represented in an easily winnable case I paid him a retainer up until trial. He tried to drag the case out hoping it would get dismissed. He failed to file a motion to supress even when my private investigator and I could prove the detective clearly lied on his probable cause to arre...st me. I told him over and over the detective was lying and he still tried to convince me to take a deal. After my preliminary hearing he called wanting a retainer for trial. I paid him a retainer for trial and he still tries to get me to take a deal. Why did he take my money for trial? I fired him and asked for a partial refund and he said, " There is no refund it is a contract. " Beware of folks that call themselves Christians. He came highly recommended but he was extremely incompetent. With him it was take a deal from the start.

Mr. Wagner understands and respects the right of each person to have an opinion. Mr. Wagner's opinion is that the case was a risky one for trial. Therefore he tried everything he could do to get it dismissed or to get a reduction to a misdemeanor before commencing with trial, (the client was later convicted at trial with his new attorney). Mr. Wagner did not see a valid motion to suppress evidence on the case. No refund was available because the billable hours on the trial preparation and pretrial motion preparation exceeded the fee obtained.

Great Lawyer

Does a great job of defending his clients, would definitely hire again if ever need lawyer

Good Guy on your corner.

Mr. Wagner helped me in Sep 2007-May 2008 every month we were in court fighting charges. Which have been the biggest mistake...thus far in 32 years. I appreciate everything he did for me. Mr. Wagner is definitely exhausts all possibilities in your favor so my brother and I highly recommend his servic...es.
