Biography
I am a Certified Family Law Specialist with over thirty years’ experience handling family law litigation. With thousands of hearings under my belt, I have resolved a wide range of issues including multi-million dollar estate characterization and division, characterization and valuation of businesses, high wage earner child and spousal support and high conflict child custody cases.
I have authored several published articles on family law issues and am an award winning fiction writer. I served as the Inland Empire Legislative Liaison to FLEXCOM and as the Advisory Board President for the non-profit arm of a local choral music performance group with which I perform, the Circle City Chorale. Chandra loves to travel and is an accomplished musician (piano/violin/vocal/organ).
