When I met Mr. Pozza, the way we shook hands I had a good feeling about him. During our conversation (must say English is not my primary language) I noticed he was a good listener and later on, he explained to me how we could managed my case according to the American laws. When I walked off I did it... with a big and nice feeling that I was in good hands with him, which in time I was right about this feeling of mine.
