MUST READ
I am writing this review in hopes that potential clients will read this. I have never been in trouble or let alone a speeding ticket or never had detention after school. I got myself in an unlike-me situation, and I went online to find a defense attorney to help me. I came across Mr. Gorian’s website, I READ all the reviews, my gut feeling said to use his services. I have NEVER even seen a courtroom in my 44 years. He walked me through everything, made sure I understood everything that was taking place, and then worked on my behalf and also acted as a therapist because, to be honest, I was scared of what the outcome could be. He handled everything with ease, got me the best outcome, and was simply the best all around. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Gorian’s services hands down. You will NOT be disappointed. He is the real deal and I will always recommend him to everyone that needs this style of service.

One of the best!
I have known Mr. Gorian for approximately 10 years in the community of lawyers where I also practice. If I need to refer someone because I can’t handle the case, I always think of him first. He is smart, tenacious, honest, dedicated, and usually even liked by the attorneys who lose in court against him- that’s saying a lot. He would be a smart pick for any client.

The entire court proceed was a nightmare, no witnesses, no video, only a lying human being, Chuck held our hands thru the entire 7 month process, it came down to the wire and Chuck kept my son out of jail, couldn’t imagine how it would have gone if Chuck wasn’t there for us. Experience, honest and trustworthy!
I cannot recommend Chuck enough!!! I was facing three felony counts that endangered not only my freedom, but also the custody of my children! Mr. Gorian took the time to hear my side of the story, reviewed the supposed facts against me and found so many discrepancies in the police report that didn’t add up and was able to get the District Attorney to drop all of my charges down to an infraction with no fine. He is a very knowledgeable and savvy attorney who truly believes in defending the innocence of those falsely accused! He truly is an amazing attorney and human being! If you are in need of an attorney who is knows what they’re doing and not going to rip you off, Chuck is who you should call!!! Thank you Chuck!

I would like to start off my thanking Chuck Gorian from the bottom of my heart. His efforts and professionalism were nothing short of exceptional. Chuck helped me get my record expunged as well as a certificate of rehabilitation granted. I was convicted on April 19, 2014, so it’s best to say this was a long time coming. I never thought this day would come so soon and so promptly. Chuck also made sure to always answer my calls, emails, and text whenever I needed him. He is a true master of his craft and puts the needs of his clients before his own. No matter how many cases or court appearances he managed to always be there with a great attitude.
