We have had to retain John on two different occasions. Once for my husband who was falsely accused of a felony assault a few years ago by a woman. John promptly gathered all the evidence and proved that she was lying and the case was dismissed no charges were formally made. The second was a couple mo...nths ago when I was accused of embezelment and theft at my job. I am an accountant and these charges would have been career ending. John and his staff, especially Tammy moved quickly and got the police involved so that we were able to find evidence that proved I was completely innocent and that my co-worker had stolen the credit card and made charges. Mr. Pozza & his staff are without a doubt the most amazing group of people to have on your side. Everyone I dealt with, told me I had the best defense, and they were spot on. Mr. Pozza and his one legal assistant handled my case poorly. They Essentially, took my money, never communicated and laughed at my face. I still, to this day have never been communicated with and have never receive an email back. Absolutely DO NOT pay for this service. You will lose out on your mone...y. There is no transparency with this attorney or his assistant. I never received any communication from this attorney, no receipt and never knew when the court date was. Go to another attorney. His assistant is very snarky, has no empathy towards their client, and need to be fired. She is a horrible representation for the law office. Moreover, choose an attorney and office that cares about you and not just your money. choose an attorney that will communicate with you and respond to your emails. Lastly, choose another attorney, i wasted my money and still do not know what happened with my case to this day.
