Biography
I grew up in Western New York watching my father defend people accused of crimes. I was able to sit in with my father on jury trials while I served as his law clerk prior to going to law school. After helping him pick a jury on a homicide case, I knew I and as meant to be a criminal defense lawyer.
I moved out to California in 2003 to attend law school and never looked back. Over the past fifteen years I have been dedicated to the practice of criminal defense law in Southern California. Although my practice is centered in Riverside County, I defend clients in every county in Southern California.
I defend clients facing criminal charges ranging from DUI to serious felonies, and "life cases". As your attorney, you can be assured that I will take the time to listen to you and work with you to create a strong defense strategy. I will be honest with you throughout every step of your case so that you can make informed decisions. I will never guarantee you a specific outcome, but will always guarantee that I will be prepared, and will fight to get you the best outcome in your case.

Early termination of probation and expungement
I hired Andrei to terminate probation early and expunge two DUI's. He was straight forward with his assessment of the situation and did not promise results.
