Nieves M Osaba

My brother was actually a client of hers, and to say she is a poor attorney is putting it mildly. I would not recommend this attorney to anybody. She never put up a fight in court or tried to argue my brothers side of the story. She was lazy and never touched bases with my brother to make sure he kne...w what was going on or to practice for the following court date. She's a poor excuse for her profession and should be dis barred.

I am the same client who wrote the previous review. I was in a terrible custody predicament and my child in distress and now, a year later, with Nieves by my side, I have temporary sole legal and sole physical custody pending trial (up against an entire family and high profile attorneys who faced me... with a relentless on slaughter of pleadings). Nieves has proven herself time and time again to be a beacon of confidence through the most trying situations with an ex literally out to destroy. I have noticed that judges really seem to gravitate towards her honest, reasonable and to the point approach. I can honestly say that finding Nieves has been one of the best things that happened in my life, because my child's well being is everything.

I am so glad to have found Nieves Osaba. She came recommended through a friend who had previously hired her for her custody issues, with great success. This was a good indicator. I had several attorneys before and lost hope. She is still on my case and I have nothing but good things to say about her.... Someone you can trust to fight for you, to work hard, to care, prepared and knowledgeable, always in great spirit. I just wish I had known her ealier.

I went through two attorneys before who only cared about billing me for ridiculous attorney's fees. Ms. Osaba was aggressive and reasonable with her fees. She fought for my rights as a father and gave me a fair chance in court against my ex and her attorney. I am grateful for her services and dedi...cation. I can't thank her enough that I share my two kids equally with my ex. She made my divorce experience easier than I expected.
