I am the same client who wrote the previous review. I was in a terrible custody predicament and my child in distress and now, a year later, with Nieves by my side, I have temporary sole legal and sole physical custody pending trial (up against an entire family and high profile attorneys who faced me... with a relentless on slaughter of pleadings). Nieves has proven herself time and time again to be a beacon of confidence through the most trying situations with an ex literally out to destroy. I have noticed that judges really seem to gravitate towards her honest, reasonable and to the point approach. I can honestly say that finding Nieves has been one of the best things that happened in my life, because my child's well being is everything.
