Shauna Marie Albright

I have hired over 10 attorney during my lifetime for various reason. Mrs. Albright is my second divorce attorney. I wish I would have used her services during my first marriage.She is right on point and protected my interest from the very beginning. She put together a settlement plan that saved me ...from losing one of my companies. I owe her many thanks!! She has the respect of judges and the clerks in the courtroom. She is professional, highly intelligent, courteous but not a push over. She is a bull dog when she needs to be. She is reasonable and will try to affilitate a settlement. However, if you need her to go to court, she will argue your case very well. The only negative which I do not see as I negative is that she will ask the court to relieve her as the attorney on record if your balance on your bill is unpaid. She will work with you with payments plans so long as it is reasonable. However, she will not give your case all of her attention if you fail to pay and avoid her phone calls. I don't see this as a negative because I wouldn't go to work happily if I were not getting paid. This may be a problem for people who don't like to pay their bill and then want to complain later. However, as I said she is reasonable. She will even reduce your bill if you explain your situation with her. She does alot of pro bono work in the community for people in need. Mrs. Albright is worth every dime!!

Seven months ago, my estranged husband abducted our two children and took them to another state. I am a single mother and have been since my husband and I separated. He received court documents from a court in another state granting him full custody of the children. I had no idea he had even filed... documents in another state. I was disabled and needed my social security disability benefits. I was told that I was not going to receive my disability benefits. I called Ms. Albright and hired her to appeal the decision. She always returned my call and was always there when I needed questions answered. Needless to say, she ...won my appeal for me. I, now receive my disability benefits. She is extremely intelligent, organized and honest. These are the qualities I was looking for in an attorney and she has them all. Her staff was amazing as well.

Ms. Albright was friendly and appeared to be knowledgable when I retained her. My case had become bogged down and was not moving forward and she said she would work my case. I experienced trouble right out of the gate as it took the office 17 days to send the substitution of attorney to my previous... attorney. I had requested both in writing and in person to have a subpeona of wages issued by Ms. Albright to my ex's employer. After weeks of calling and speaking to her paralegal, Samantha Rodriquez, I was told that they were in contact with the employer to get the records. Months after I requested the subpeona (and was billed for it) I called the employer myself and found no subpeona was ever submitted. Ms. Albright agreed to make "it" right with me and said she would resubmit the subpeona. Later I contacted the same person at the employer and they said that Ms. Albright had requested via telephone all employee records devoid of any payroll records. I have also been double-billed.
