Probably the best Law Firm in the Inland Empire and its slogan is pretty accurate, "Big Firm Expertise" (Results Oriented my story being the proof) "Small Firm Attention" ( I know the full names of my team to include the billing coordinator) All of those key members of my team, made me feel that spec...ial and that I was the only case they cared about. In actuality, the lawyers of Shauna M Albright care for every case they have, it just that when you are with them it feels like all the attention and care is given for you and your family and that feeling is special. These situations can be rough for the soul and oftentimes you may feel alone and isolated from anyone that is not going through what you may be going through... But it was this team, that help me get through the dark and stressful times, and wouldn't you know it, I won my case. Brandy, Suzanne and Pat made up my legal team and BOY!!! I tell you, they did not fail me. A couple of things I want the readers of this review to know about my experience with Shauna Marie Albright's Firm. 1. Cultivated a culture of openness in information sharing. From the moment I retained my team till this very day, the channels of communication were open and consistent. Never did I ever feel that I was chasing my lawyers, they were always there for me, via: Text, Email and Call. All mediums of communication were perfect. I understood the process, I was prepped and coached and the result was winning my case. As a single father of 2, I can proudly say " thank you to Shauna M Albright. My custody hearing was was Dec 2018. After trying to represent myself so many times before in court and dealing with the stress of the paperwork. I am glad I found the Law Offices of Shauna M Albright. They defended me in my child custody case. I was super nervous because this is the first time I hav...e ever had a lawyer and I the crazy request my children’s father was seeking I just couldn’t let happen. Mrs. Albright , Samantha (the paralegal) and the team really supported me through the entire process and Mrs. Albright really went to bat for me in court. She was well prepared and when it was her time to speak she laid out the entire back story really putting emphasis on the inconsistency my children’s father has in regards to involvement in their life. Which gave the judge a very vivid picture of what we were defending. Mrs. Albright carries herself very professionally and genuine shows concern about your situation as if it’s her own which means a lot because my children mean everything to me. Overall Mrs. Albright won my case for me and my children’s fathers request was denied and his orders were left the same. So I was very pleased. The courts messed up on the paperwork they submitted to us with the order on it and I reached out to Samantha and Mrs. Albright about it and they amended the order and got it fixed within a few days (because it happened over a weekend). Overall I am very pleased with the entire team and it feels good to now say I have a lawyer to call. They honestly care about your situation and treat you like family. I will always go to them and recommend them 100%.

First off I would like to start with how grateful I am that I found Ms Albright and her team. What they have done for me and my case was amazing. Ms Albright made me believe there was hope for fathers when it comes to custody. In 2003 I lost all hope in the court system because I lost almost all my... rights to my daughter. During this court hearing the judge did not allow me to bring in evidence nor did they want to hear my arguments. I had to represent myself because I had a new lawyer and my daughter’s mom made an argument advising the new lawyer did not know what was going on, therefore he should not be allowed to represent me, and the judge agreed. At the end the judge awarded me only two weeks a year to spend time with my daughter. I was crushed and my confidence in the court system was destroyed. For years after this court hearing I was at the mercy of my daughter’s mother. I never made waves or argued about anything regarding my daughter because she allowed me more time with my daughter. I was left out of my daughter’s academics, medical and was never included in any major decisions regarding my daughter. I just kept my mouth shut for many years because all I wanted was to see my daughter. In 2014 I had enough. After all the games being played and how my daughter was used as a pawn, I had enough. Especially when my daughter was put through things a girl her age should have never been through. I had to take action to protect my daughter, but I was scared. All I could think of was the court hearing that took place in 2003, not to mention I lived in Minnesota. But I knew something needed to be done. I searched for Lawyers in the San Bernardino County and contacted 3 different law offices. I left messages with all three, and two of them contacted me. After talking with two different lawyers, I knew there was nothing I could do. My emotions went crazy and my confidence in the family law system was nonexistent. I was “screwed”. I went for a drive to clear my head and I prayed and prayed for help. I did not know what to do. Then my phone rang. I remember it perfectly; I was in my car, at the Petco Parking lot when Shauna called me. I talked with Shauna for about 45 minutes, explaining what was going on and expressing my feelings about the family court system. After our conversation my confidence was slightly raised and I felt hope. This was the beginning of a two year custody battle. Throughout this two year custody battle Ms Albright helped me become confident in what I was doing and why I was going to court. Ms Albright and her team helped in getting everything (being prepared) ready for court and to cover every angle. Ms Albright also covered every possible rebuttal which the other side could make. What made me very confident was, watching Ms Albright in court, she was AWESOME. Ms Albright was a master of her craft. After the first day of court and watching Ms Albright, my confidence was through the roof. After three day of court, I watch Ms Albright disproof everything the opposing side was claiming, showed how un prepared they were, showed how many excuses they could come up with in two hours, made them recant thing they said and showed the true colors of the opposing party (how incompetent they were as a parent). It was awesome. Unfortunately after the three days of court, the judge allowed my daughter to remain with her mother, but with guidelines. Strict guidelines that Ms Albright fought for to impose and a new court date 4 months out. On the second court hearing after the initial three, Ms Albright returned with force. Showing the court how the guidelines were not finished and how unwilling the opposing party was to follow them. Needless to say, my daughter is now living with me and she is so happy. I owe it all to Ms Albright and her team. Thank you Ms Albright, from the bottom of my heart, I am glad we made contact over the phone that day. You really brought back the faith in the court system.

After a very long (3 1/2 years) battle in court over custody and finalizing all the final divorce issues, I have to say that SHAUNA ALBRIGHT is by far the biggest blessing to me and our children! She constantly fought, keeping their "BEST INTEREST" at the forefront and continued to remain faithful to... me (even when it got rough or continuances continued to stretch matters out), not just as a client but as a friend!
