We contacted the Law offices of Greenberg and Greenberg about an incident that my son had been involved in. Philip met with us and explained the avenues we could take to fight this case. My son was being charged with a felony count and Philip believed that he could get it reduced to a misdemeanor. ... I had 2 prior DUIs in another county, and was arrested for a third one in Riverside County. I was being carried away in an ambulance and a Riverside cop showed up and went viciously out of his way to try to incriminate me of a DUI, while I was not in a stable mind due to a panic attack and a asthma ...attack. I realized later in the police reports that the cop had made deliberate, clearly absolutely fabricated statements out of some personal vendetta and hit me with as many charges as he can fathom. I spent the night in jail and called Phil next morning. Actually I thoroughly researched different attorneys via Yelp and Avvo, and called about 10 different attorneys and consulted with about 3 in length over the phone, and had one other top Riverside attorney. Long story short, thank God, Phil was able to get me a Wet & Reckless on a 3rd DUI case, which I am told by my other attorney friends, is a EXTREMELY GOOD. I did get punished, with house arrest, fines, and alcohol program, but did not spend one day in jail and able to work, stop being foolish, and rebuild my life. Believe me, you do not want to spend one hour in the Riverside jail. Phil was a former DA in the Riverside County system, so he knows the sentiments of the DA and the court system forwards and backwards. I'll be honest, he is not the cheapest around (a Public Defender would be...but Phil was gracious enough to get me a good payment plan) nor is he the easiest guy to get ahold of (but he or his staff never failed to call me back in a few days), but he will probably get you the best results humanly possible, he will attack the case from every angle possible, and find weaknesses in the case to get the best outcome.
