Which he got "Granted" and took it home!!! Phil delivered!!! I am truly thankful for his hard work and dedication, after all these months we worked together on my husband case, Phil isn't just our attorney, he is family, his entire firm are family to us. Even with the case being settled, I continued to retained Phil again to represent my husband for upcoming progress court dates. Phil called just the other day that he had went into court for my husband to give the court an update and was told he didn't have to represent us anymore due to my husband being on probation in which the Probation officer would report progress to the courts for us. Therefore Phil services was not needed. I had already paid Phil in full and he could of kept it, but he called me and told me he was going to refund me back the service fee, because he said it wouldn't be appropriate to keep also he knows that I have a family and kids to support, he wouldn't feel right keeping the money. We contacted the Law offices of Greenberg and Greenberg about an incident that my son had been involved in. Philip met with us and explained the avenues we could take to fight this case. My son was being charged with a felony count and Philip believed that he could get it reduced to a misdemeanor. ... He went over the cost and method of payment and we agreed that Philip would be our lawyer. Over the next few months, Philip worked very hard on our case.
