I was in need to retain an attorney quick for my husband, but I just couldn’t go with just any attorney. Even with the case being settled, I continued to retained Phil again to represent my husband for upcoming progress court dates. Phil called just the other day that he had went into court for my husband to give the court an update and was told he didn't have to represent us anymore due to my husband being on probation in which the Probation officer would report progress to the courts for us. I had already paid Phil in full and he could of kept it, but he called me and told me he was going to refund me back the service fee, because he said it wouldn't be appropriate to keep also he knows that I have a family and kids to support, he wouldn't feel right keeping the money. Greenberg & Greenberg are truly amazing at what they do. If you ever find yourself in a bind, you should call them right away. I was facing multiple felonies and thought my life would be in shambles. After contacting Greenberg & Greenberg, I felt immediately better. They were honest with me from ...the start, they didn't promise me the sky but, they did promise to fight for me. That's exactly what I needed and exactly what they did. They gave me a list of things that I needed to do to help my case while waiting for a court date and kept me informed along the way. This incredible team was able to negotiate a plea agreement to have all but 1 of the I think 16 charges removed and to serve 6 months house arrest. I was arrested for the first time and charged with a felony drug crime in Riverside County months before graduating from college. Knowing how severely it could affect my future career, I consulted with several different attorneys before deciding on Phil Greenberg. Phil came up with a strategy that no... other lawyer had suggested and gave me confidence that we could get a favorable result without going to trial. In the end we got a diversion program that resulted in a dismissal of the sales charge (upon completion of community service), but did have to plead guilty to misdemeanor possession which remains on my record. Overall, Phil did everything that he could to get the best results and guide me through a difficult process.

I had 2 prior DUIs in another county, and was arrested for a third one in Riverside County. I was being carried away in an ambulance and a Riverside cop showed up and went viciously out of his way to try to incriminate me of a DUI, while I was not in a stable mind due to a panic attack and a asthma ...attack. I realized later in the police reports that the cop had made deliberate, clearly absolutely fabricated statements out of some personal vendetta and hit me with as many charges as he can fathom. I spent the night in jail and called Phil next morning. Actually I thoroughly researched different attorneys via Yelp and Avvo, and called about 10 different attorneys and consulted with about 3 in length over the phone, and had one other top Riverside attorney. Long story short, thank God, Phil was able to get me a Wet & Reckless on a 3rd DUI case, which I am told by my other attorney friends, is a EXTREMELY GOOD. I did get punished, with house arrest, fines, and alcohol program, but did not spend one day in jail and able to work, stop being foolish, and rebuild my life. Believe me, you do not want to spend one hour in the Riverside jail. Phil was a former DA in the Riverside County system, so he knows the sentiments of the DA and the court system forwards and backwards. I'll be honest, he is not the cheapest around (a Public Defender would be...but Phil was gracious enough to get me a good payment plan) nor is he the easiest guy to get ahold of (but he or his staff never failed to call me back in a few days), but he will probably get you the best results humanly possible, he will attack the case from every angle possible, and find weaknesses in the case to get the best outcome. If your life is on the line in Riverside, especially DUI type cases, call Phil & Dan. They are the best in Riverside. Period.
