Highly Recommend

Mr. Fernandez was wonderful. He helped me through my bankruptcy and made everything super easy. His secretary, Shelly, was also very helpful and kind. For something as scary and stressful as bankruptcy, I am very grateful that Mr. Fernandez was recommended to me. He made things easy to understand and... was patient with my questions. Great lawyer.

Best of the best! Most importantly, so kind and compassionate.

Mr. Fernandez and his wonderful team literally brought us back to life! We had consulted with many attorneys before we found him and I knew the first time we met that he was the One. He was so understanding and kind. His approach was so different from all the other attorneys we met with. He was just ...human! We really appreciated his honesty and his positive outlook. We had been told by more than one attorney that "sure, you can file a chapter 13 but you'd have to give up about $1500 a month". No one ever took the time to closely look at our situation or cared to; we felt like we were just a number or just another potential case. After about an hour with Mr. Fernandez, we walked out of his office with hope and comfort that we were in good hands. He is an experienced, professional, and amazing attorney. Our case was so convoluted (chapter 13 converted to a 7); I am still in shock that we were successful. When things got tough, he really came through for us. He was always calm and collective no matter what was thrown our way. He is so good at what he does. He and his staff are the best (kudos to Shelly!). We will forever be grateful for all that they have done for our family.

The Attorney you can trust!

Mr. Lazaro and his staff treated us with respect and dignity. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Mr. Lazaro. He gave us very good advise on starting over. He was very knowledgeable in his field, as well as his office staff. I would highly recommend Mr. Lazaro if you ever find yourself in a B....K. situation, he's your Attorney, you can count on him to get the job done, just like he did for us. A Life Saver

My wife and went from making over $100,000 a year to literally making zero! We were facing a huge lawsuit from the bank that had the loan on our income property, facing foreclosure and needed to file for bankruptcy. Lazaro knew every aspect of what we were going through, always educated us on what ...we were up against, what our options were and what we could expect depending on the results. Every time we had a question or concern, he immediately returned the call, told us what to expect and how to proceed. He was never wrong in his advise and the bankruptcy turned out exactly as he said it would. No surprises, no hidden costs, no upsets. He was very calm and collected during the entire process. Even when the BK judge delayed the discharge and the bank asked for a stay for the lawsuit, Lazaro told us what to expect, what to say and what would happen...there were no surprises. Lazaro prepared us thoroughly for our court appearance, always showed up on time and was very professional. He advised us regarding our home, which we got to keep...which was a huge item since we had not owned the home for over 2 years and was in jeopardy of losing it in the BK, He knew the laws and cited other cases for us and advised us on what to sign and what not to sign with the lender. We eventually got to sell the home and keep the proceeds. He advised us on our cars, we kept one car and returned the other car back to the bank. He was correct in regards to our lawsuit with the bank against our rental property and how it would "disappear" once the BK was discharged, Its been over a year and some items still come up regarding the BK, when we call Lazaro, he always returns the call immediately and gives us advise on what the law is and what our options are...never asking for any additional money. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone going through a bankruptcy. We thought his prices were reasonable and we definitely got more than our moneys worth...he literally saved our life!

Great team!

Mr. Lazaro Fernandez was a referral to me from a past client of his and there is no regret what so ever contacting this firm. Mr. Fernandez gives thorough information regarding bankruptcy and was very specific to my concerns regarding my case. Mr. Fernandez made me feel at ease while I was going thro...ugh such a difficult time with the stresses of life. His staff was very professional and were great at assisting me with all of my concerns. Ms. Shelly M. was excellent and sweet. She never skipped a beat making sure all things were in order and keeping me updated via E-mails and with phone calls. The organization and professionalism on how my case was handled did not go unnoticed. In all my experience with Mr. Lazaro Fernandez and his team was excellent.
