Helped us when desperate.

We were in the process of selling and purchasing a new home and had been through a bankruptcy 5 years earlier. There were some unresolved issues that needed to be taken care of for us and our original B/K attorney dropped the ball. We were referred to Mr. Fernandez through an escrow firm that rave...d about his personal service. Mr. Fernandez "went to bat for us" and got everything taken care of for us within a very timely manner and allowed us to proceed with our sale and purchase. I have and would recommend him in a heart beat.

the initial consultation was very helpful for both of us. Completion of the necessary forms was on my time frame. The staff was great in helping me with questions. They processed with the courts and kept me informed. We met or talked when necessary and then kept me informed of the court date. Lazaro ...was in court with me and together responded to questions asked. Follow up to items from their office was great. I have and will continue to refer poeple to him.
