I would highly recommend Mr. Fernandez to anyone in need of BK,, I did a chapter 7 and had lien on home, he got rid of both he’s very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him and he’s staff to anyone courteous and helpful.. very satisfied with services..

Money Well Spent!

I have had a relationship with our business attorney for almost 15 years. When I needed a bankruptcy attorney he referred me to Lazaro. From my first meeting with him, on the phone he was thoughtful, articulate and explained everything fully. Spent a half hour with me for free. My wife wanted other o...pinions so she had some family and friends referred to us and we met with them, not to saying anything bad about the others, it was just care and focus by which Lazaro spent with me on the phone. I decided to drive the hour or so to meet with him and he spent an hour and half with me - again no money has exchanged hands. But I was fully prepared now for what we were about to face. His fee was very reasonable, his time and care to walk me through this (first and God Willing last time) and to top it off, I sent him an email filled with questions. What he sent back was detailed and turned out to be spot on. I highly recommend. We used for our business, but he handles all of them, as I understand it.

Mr. Fernandez was highly recommended and he was terrific. I had a complicated and urgent bankruptcy matter which he explained thoroughly and in simple terms. Professional yet caring and compassionate

Mr. Fernandez handled our bankruptcy case quickly and thoroughly. As seniors we were very scared and unsure if this was the correct choice for us. Mr. Fernandez explained different scenarios and ramifications and did not push or lead us in a particular way. He left the decision to us and once made; ...he was thorough, extremely patient and always available to us. His paralegal Ms. Morin was just as caring and quickly addressed our concerns and to be honest gave us pep talks to get us through this process. As hard as this decision was for us, we were dealt with dignity and we highly recommend.
