1 Million Stars!

I do not have enough kind and thankful words for Lazaro and Shelly. To say I highly recommend them isn't even close to the accolades they deserve. I drew out filing for an excessive amount of time and their guidance and helpfulness never once waned. They answer emails and calls promptly. One of my fa...vorite things about Laz is that HE will call you and answer all your questions when requested. In my experience, many attorneys with teams push off communication to their staff and avoid clients but not Laz. And wow, Shelly is wildly knowledgeable and honestly just has the best personality to help you through one of the hardest decisions. They both are, but she is the best first line of communication there is. There can be so much shame surrounding filing and they help alleviate that stress as well. I will forever be grateful that they were the team I hired.

I found myself in uncharted waters and quite overwhelmed at the task of Bankruptcy that loomed before me, from my very first consultation Laz put my fears at ease. From start to finish he was ALWAYS available to answer any and all questions with a kindness and understanding second to none. His offi...ce staff had the same professional and courteous and thoughtful manner and they too were always available and always understanding. They were specific and clear on all paperwork including all court documents that were required and helpful in understanding what was needed during this legal process. I truly would not have wanted to try and understand the legalities that were before me without him and his staff. I would absolutely recommend making your first consultation appointment with Laz as you will not be disappointed and he will guide you through these legal proceedings in the most professional way. I truly owe them my gratitude and many thanks.

The Attorney you can trust!

Mr. Lazaro and his staff treated us with respect and dignity. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Mr. Lazaro. He gave us very good advise on starting over. A Life Saver

My wife and went from making over $100,000 a year to literally making zero! We were facing a huge lawsuit from the bank that had the loan on our income property, facing foreclosure and needed to file for bankruptcy. Lazaro knew every aspect of what we were going through, always educated us on what ...we were up against, what our options were and what we could expect depending on the results. Every time we had a question or concern, he immediately returned the call, told us what to expect and how to proceed. He was never wrong in his advise and the bankruptcy turned out exactly as he said it would. No surprises, no hidden costs, no upsets. He was very calm and collected during the entire process. Even when the BK judge delayed the discharge and the bank asked for a stay for the lawsuit, Lazaro told us what to expect, what to say and what would happen...there were no surprises. Lazaro prepared us thoroughly for our court appearance, always showed up on time and was very professional. He advised us regarding our home, which we got to keep...which was a huge item since we had not owned the home for over 2 years and was in jeopardy of losing it in the BK, He knew the laws and cited other cases for us and advised us on what to sign and what not to sign with the lender. We eventually got to sell the home and keep the proceeds. He advised us on our cars, we kept one car and returned the other car back to the bank. He was correct in regards to our lawsuit with the bank against our rental property and how it would "disappear" once the BK was discharged, Its been over a year and some items still come up regarding the BK, when we call Lazaro, he always returns the call immediately and gives us advise on what the law is and what our options are...never asking for any additional money. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone going through a bankruptcy. We thought his prices were reasonable and we definitely got more than our moneys worth...he literally saved our life!

Attorney Fernandez and Staff are EXCELLENT!

In my professional life, I have dealt with many law offices. I have never found an attorney and staff more knowledgeable, supportive, and determined to make my life easier.
