Replied last March 16, 2026Johnny, If you had actually listened to my advice, instead of repeatedly ignoring it, your outcome would have been amazing, like that of all of my clients. You chose to send hostile and threatening emails to the social worker(s) rather than work with them. You also thought waging war with the Mother of your children was a good idea when it was actually not. I got the 300(a) abuse allegation in your case dismissed, which was a major accomplishment, given your conduct. In the end, you hired 2 or 3 different attorneys after I represented you, the last of whom lost the case and your kids were given to their Mother. My 37 year history of great success as a lawyer speaks for itself, just like your history as a Father does.
