I hired this firm expecting legal guidance and meaningful representation, but my experience was deeply disappointing. From the beginning, I was told there was very little that could be done, then I do not understand what value I was actually receiving for the fees I was being charged. A major i...ssue was communication. My experience was that the office frequently forwarded court documents I was already receiving directly from the county, but without any explanation of what the documents meant, whether action was needed, or what my options were. The emails often felt like simple forwarding messages with "let us know if you have questions," despite the fact that I was being billed for them. From my perspective, I was paying significant amounts for paperwork I already had, without receiving the kind of legal guidance I hired an attorney to provide. What made this even more frustrating was comparing it to my current attorney. My new lawyer sends court documents with explanations, outlines my response options, and helps me understand what decisions need to be made. That is what I believed I was paying for in the first place. I was also frustrated that I did not feel properly advised about the practical consequences of my case, including the financial impact that would continue while the matter was pending. Looking back, I feel like I paid for representation but received very little strategy, very little advocacy, and very little usable guidance. Overall, I left this firm feeling unsupported, overbilled, and unclear on what service I was actually paying for. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I would definitely not recommend this law firm. Please keep in mind I use the term "law firm" loosely and with prejudice. The biggest point to consider. The cost for preparing a handful of documents and approximately thirty minutes of court time was $10,000. My associate lawyer happened to be someone... I knew from getting my business degree; however, that had no bearing on the service. They were unprepared, their staff did not communicate well with each other, and the level of courtroom effort was borderline cowardly. I realized I could have easily done what their entire office had without wasting $10,000. Be informed and ensure you know what you are being billed for, and keep a record. I was billed because the associate lawyer had to wait for my case to be heard at $400/hr. Although no services were provided, I was still billed for six hours. We were in the courtroom for approximately thirty minutes. They could have worked on a different case while sitting and doing nothing. But that would have been too efficient. That's what the attorneys do at this 'firm'. The rate should have been $4.00/hr. That is the level of professionalism and service I observed and received. Good luck to you. I suggest you seek legal assistance elsewhere. One star is required. That was forced. My rating is no stars.

My experience with Christian Schank was great. I needed last minute representation for a domestic violence restraining order trial and so I called into his office. After doing a consultation, I hired him and he successfully defended the restraining order and was legit in court. He is a very skilled ...attorney. He was very aggressive in court and I could tell that is where he excels. All in all, I was stoked to have Mr. Schank as my attorney.

My experience with Attorney Christian Schank has been overwhelmingly positive. After calling a total of 14 attorney where the first 13 just wanted money and a lot up front just to talk to me. Then I found Tad here and he listened and talked with me. From there I was set up to talk with Daniel who was... also willing to listen to me and talk as well as understand what I was going through and I felt very confident that this was the team for me in my case. Plus the communication from Christin making sure I was getting all the paperwork need together from was spot on. Then I found out the that Owner of the company was going to represent me at my hearing. I was honored to hear this. When I meet Mr Schank I knew that he will fight my case like it is his own, and that is what he did. It wasn't in the court room it was all outside and when it came court time it was over in minutes with a dismissed case. I can't thank Tad, Daniel, Christin, and Mr Schank enough for all they did and the team work they have. I highly recommend for anyone to use Mr. Schank and any of his Associates.
