Incredibly satisfied

I had a case in a different state than I currently reside in. I called Art's office and he took my case immediately, he contacted the courts and had my case fully dismissed! He's very professional and kept me informed every step of the way

Mr.Benner was able to reduce me and my fiancé felonies to misdomeaners. No our life back on track and we won't miss a day of our baby girls life. Arthur Benner is the best lawyer I've had he's confident, let's you know exactly what you need to k ow, fights until the end, and most importantly doesn't ...settle for less. Amazing experience

I contacted Mr. Benner to get off of probation early and expunge my previous conviction. Within days after our initial meeting Mr. Benner had drafted and filed both motions. When the court hadn't responded within a reasonable time, Mr. Benner followed up with the court and kept me informed throughou...t the entire process. Mr. Benner successfully terminated my probation early and expunged the conviction off my record. Now I'm able to apply to college without having a conviction on my record. Thanks!

Greatful

I was referred to Mr. Benner by a friend of mine that was a former client of his. I was charged with a sex crime that, if convicted, would require me to register as a sex offender of life. Mr. Benner listened to my side of the story and believed in my innocence. After a few court appearances and sub...poenaing medical records that corroborated my version of the events he got the case DISMISSED. I'm very thankful he was my attorney.

My experience with Mr. Benner

Mr. Benner exceptionally provided profession and overly experienced help with me and my case. He was understanding and believe he did everything in his power to help me out and work with the District Attorneys office. Mr. Benner was very easy to talk to and understanding. While providing me with the ...the best help possible, he was very accountable and persistent. Afterwards, Mr. Benner was very responsible and reliable in response to all questions I had in regards to updates, processes, and options. Overall, my experience with Mr. Benner was excellent and I am extremely lucky to be represented by him.
