Arthur was not originally my first public defender, he took over my case and I must say he was exceptionally better than my original attorney . He’s intelligent and very knowledgeable. He quickly replies to emails and phone calls. I could tell he was a very genuine guy that really wanted to fight for... the best deal. He was great ! I got my case dismissed with him
