Seems mediocre

Didn’t do anything I asked, wanted to just represent myself. It was my first time at court and he made me feel like there were to many variables so he couldn’t give me a straight answer regarding my appearances prior to sentencing. Other then that he’s a chill guy.

Criminal lawyer

The case took 3years. But through this whole ordeal Mr. Benner was excellent at keeping us informed. Always kept us in the loop. Very informative. I can honestly say he is a excellent lawyer. If you need to hire one ,he is the one. I can honestly say he was also very respectful, and honest.He met w...ith us when we had concerns. Look no further. My family is very thankful for all his hardwork.

Incredibly satisfied

I had a case in a different state than I currently reside in. I called Art's office and he took my case immediately, he contacted the courts and had my case fully dismissed! He's very professional and kept me informed every step of the way

Amazing experience

I contacted Mr. Benner to get off of probation early and expunge my previous conviction. Within days after our initial meeting Mr. Benner had drafted and filed both motions. When the court hadn't responded within a reasonable time, Mr. Benner followed up with the court and kept me informed throughou...t the entire process. Mr. Benner successfully terminated my probation early and expunged the conviction off my record. Now I'm able to apply to college without having a conviction on my record. Thanks!
