Arthur Banner was and still is a blessing to me. Without him I would have been facing alot of years for being ignorant and young. It has been 3 years and I have still got myself if sum dirt & he was still there. He is still here. He is my Lawyer and I am proud to have him. He has my back, he will hav...e yours. After an unfortunate set of circumstances, I was lucky enough to have crossed paths on my case with Mr. Benner. Having to use a public defender can be scary, but Mr. Benner put me at ease. Mr. Benner fought my case hard, taking it to trial. I was nervous when the judge ruled that Mr. Benner couldn't use my defense, so I was essentially going to trial without a defense. Despite that, Mr. Benner secured a hung jury. The DA decided to re-try and Mr. Benner got it dismissed. I am so thankf...ul to Mr. Benner and that I was represented by such a diligent attorney.
