She lied from the beginning in telling me that I could secure CA jurisdiction when it was clear under the law that AZ had jurisdiction but she took my money and wasted my time anyway. Then she tried to collect for the balance when the judge sent the case to AZ which was clearly where it should have b...een all along. She made only one court appearance and even then when the judge called her name in my case, she was so busy texting on her phone that she didn't hear and the judge had to loudly repeat herself. Ms. Dorodo then jumped and got up. All other appearances were made by someone else. She hardly answered the phone, hardly returned phone calls or emails. Now I just found out I have a collection on my credit for a ridiculous amount from some collection agency I've never heard from!!?? She has my current address so there's no excuse! This attorney needs to be reported and sued!

Hired her to represent me and all I got was a huge bill for 1 court appearance. Didn't listen to me for what I wanted so I quit. I wanted my son left out of the whole thing. He was 17 and had his own mind. All she cared about was her money. The more court the more she could charge. So I never contact...ed her again after one court appearance and 1 office visit. Then she said me for the whole bill. Nice ethics. Go on to the next attorney. I have to give a star for this review and she doesn't deserve that.

not to be too specific with details but i hired amanda dorado from dorado and dorado law firm and from the get go it was nothing but a crap show and charge after charge for anything and everything. she didn't go once to a single court case she sent her assistant who i didn't hire and had absolutely n...o experience, was late TWICE to court, and in the end did absolutely nothing for me to take about $6000 for filing a couple papers, 3 emails , and one sit down. the entire thing was a sham and i recommend if you want a good lawyer on your side DO NOT hire Dorado and Dorado. Worst lawyer i've ever used.

Amanda pawns off her responsibilities, does NOT communicate what judges will look at. Does not listen to what we paid her for. Charges for stuff she did not do. Changed her hourly 1/2 way through our case. Used a para legal in her office that was horrible. Wrong weekends on the custody paperwork for ...our work schedules. WE PAID FOR NOTHING

Attorney Amanda got my kids back for me from my ex who took them and tried to get custody after I had one mishap in my life. I was so frantic about it all and Ms. Amanda handled it and i got my kids back. My kids dad hired a lawyer before me and I didn't have a lawyer and I was trying to win on my ow...n but i kept losing time with my kids at the court dates. I was so scared and had almost no money but Ms Amanda got my kids back to me. She taught me a lot about how to handle my ex and I want to thank Ms. Amanda for everything she did. She was the best.
