Mishandled our case

Replied last June 27, 2016I am very sorry that you feel like your case was mishandled, but I can assure you that I was never negligent in handling your case, I did not volunteer unnecessary information, I prepared vigorously for your case as I do all of my other cases, I made the necessary arguments at the time of the hearing and ensured that all necessary information was submitted to the court. While I understand that court cases are extremely stressful and at times judges make decisions that we do not agree with or even can understand from a legal standpoint. This is exactly what happened here, all of the necessary information was submitted to the court and the judge on his own notion made orders that we did not like and/or agree with. I was very empathetic after the hearing explaining that I did not agree with the ruling and gave you the options available as well as the prescribed timelines. I explained the necessity to act swiftly but also explained the pitfalls you may face while trying to get the judge to reconsider his ruling as he explained WHY he ruled in such a manner. I truly am sorry that you feel this way about the representation however, I would like to point out that every effort was made on your behalf, from communication, representation and consultation after the fact. I cannot apologize for what I cannot control, the judge made a decision that I cannot see a logical basis for and for that I am very truly sorry.

Divorce Disaster with Crista
Crista is terribly unresponsive. I've sent 7 emails over the last 2 months to follow up on an agreement she erred on and still have gotten absolutely no response. Because of her lack of concern for her clients that have paid in full I may in breach of a court order. Evidently it is truly about the $$...
