Excellent IP Law Attorney

Eric is one of the best attorneys in California as far as IP Law is concerned. Eric is very thorough in his job and makes sure not to miss out any details in filling a patent. He makes sure every single word used in filling is legally correct. I had the toughest patent to file in a competitive sec...tor but Eric got us through and patent was finally issued. Eric was very patient and answered all my questions along the way. He's very knowledgeable about IP Law and knows his way around to successfully strategize a plan to get the patent approved. I would definitely use his services in future and highly recommend him to others.

Definitely recommend !

Eric has been extremely helpful with getting my patents, trademarks, and business started. He's easy to talk to, and answers all of my questions. I can't thank him enough!

Patent Application on a Timeline

Mr. Kelly provided patent application services for my company. He was very thorough and above what I was expecting. Although the patent topic was somewhat foreign to him, he talked me through the process and garnered all the needed information to provide what I consider a very strong application. I ...was lucky to find Eric and he would be the first to call if I needed a lawyer again.

Highly Recommended

Mr. Kelly has written several provisional patent applications for me and I have been extremely pleased with his work. He was able to understand my invention immediately and describe it very clearly in the specification. Communication has been excellent and he is accessible and quick to respond to a...ny questions. I would highly recommend his services and will continue to use him for my legal needs.

Amazing Lawyer - Extremely informed!

Hi, We have used Eric for a few trademarks, as well as for a patent application and I would recommend him to anyone for these fields. We knew nothing about the processes of obtaining a patent and trademark. Eric was extremely helpful in informing us of everything we needed to know about and m...ade the whole process extremely easy for us.
