Truly Satisfied

David was recommended to me through my sister, who manages accounts for attorneys. Based on his amazing reputation on AVVO, I decided to hire him. My pregnant fiancé and I were taking a trip to the Colorado River. She was having some pain, so I decided to drive. I was unlicensed at the time. We go...t pulled over for going 87 in a 65. The police officer decided to be as hard on us as he possibly could. He wrote me a speeding ticket, 87 in a 65. He also charged me with driving without a license, a misdemeanor. Last, but not least, he gave my pregnant fiancé a misdemeanor charge for "allowing an unlicensed driver to operate her vehicle". We hired Dave, and put full faith in the fact that we were in good hands. We left California, allowing Dave to represent us in court because we had already planned to move to Texas. Long before our original court date, we got a call from David, letting us know that my speeding ticket was dismissed, my girlfriend's charge was dismissed, and my misdemeanor charge was dropped to an infraction, leaving me with a small fine to pay and that's it. That is the absolute best outcome I could've predicted. I would recommend David Leicht to anyone. He really went the extra mile for us and was very honest throughout the whole process.

Fantastic Lawyer - Professional and Honest

Received a speeding ticket a few months ago. I hired David on the spot after interviewing several other lawyers. He did a great job explaining to me the situation and my options, and even better job resolving my ticket. I am grateful he was able to reduce my ticket to avoid points on my insurance.... I would definitely hired him again, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a speeding ticket attorney in Barstow.

Extremely helpful.

David was amazing. This is why I never ever pay a ticket. David handled my case and promptly. The ticket was dismissed. End of story. Don't let CHP trap you. Fight back.

Fights for YOU!!

David was nothing short of amazing. David handed my case promptly and respectably. I recieved a ticket and felt wrongly accused of the citation. David filed my court date and the officer didn't even show up and the case was thrown out! Bottom line is NEVER PAY A TICKET!! Fight it! I didn't have to ...go to court and David went instead and represented me. Hopefully you never have to get wrongly pulled over but if you are. Call David.
