David was recommended to me through my sister, who manages accounts for attorneys. Based on his amazing reputation on AVVO, I decided to hire him. My pregnant fiancé and I were taking a trip to the Colorado River. She was having some pain, so I decided to drive. I was unlicensed at the time. We go...t pulled over for going 87 in a 65. The police officer decided to be as hard on us as he possibly could. He wrote me a speeding ticket, 87 in a 65. He also charged me with driving without a license, a misdemeanor. Last, but not least, he gave my pregnant fiancé a misdemeanor charge for "allowing an unlicensed driver to operate her vehicle". I received a speeding back in 2008. I was doing over 100mph in a Benz. I forgot all about the ticket and I went to the DMV several times and it was never on my record. The cop that issued the ticket messed my name up completely. However, in December of 2014 the ticket finally came back to haunt me.... My license was suspended I had a warrant out for me and the ticket was almost a thousand dollars. I didn't have much money and it was Christmas time. David Leicht was very helpful and understanding. The cop couldn't remember ANYTHING!! about my case the Judge DISMISSED the entire ticket. Thanks to David Leicht I have no points or fines.
