David Leicht comes highly recommended by me! Everything he advised was honest and truthful. He gave me all the possibilities of what could happen at the hearing for my daughter and he was able to do above and beyond what we expected. Her ticket was reduced in half and she was granted traffic schoo...l which would not have been an options over 25 mph of the speed limit. He was very kind and understanding. David was very knowledgeable about the step by step process of what was going to happen before court up to my court date. He answered all my questions via telephone and again through email and never once made me feel like any of my questions were stupid ones (which I appreciated). My wife got a speeding ticket a few months ago and somehow it got misplaced. We called in the courthouse but they were unable to locate my wife's name and said to call back in because officer's sometimes do not submit a ticket. After many calls, we were unable to find out her court date to appear. So... finally we called in and someone at the courthouse looked up her name and said that she missed her court date. Now, we were nervous because we would never miss a court date. My wife had her license 'on hold' and we just grew more frustrated. We called a few lawyers that handles cases in Barstow. However, a majority of them did not seem confident because she missed the court date but when we got in contact with David he was knowledgeable and understood our situation. After we talked, we told him we would mail him a check and although he didn't get the check in his hand, he immediately contacted the courthouse and have lifted her 'hold' on her driver's license! He truly works wonders! He explained to us what he can do for us and he did exactly what he told us he would do. I don't count on getting any future tickets on our way to California but if we ever do, I will definitely be contacting Dave again!
