Biography
Thank you for visiting my profile on Avvo. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff of 22 years. During my last years as a Deputy I attended law school and passed the bar exam the first time. With my background I feel I have a unique understanding of the law and how it relates to real life. As a lawyer in San Bernardino County I have represented hundreds of clients for just about every type of criminal charge and traffic related charge. I have had much success in jury trials and traffic issues. I am the local attorney who resides and works almost exclusively in the Barstow and Victorville Courts. I know the local system and the people involved in the local legal community, which I believe gives me some advantage over non-local attorneys.

Great service
I'm a commercial driver and got a speeding ticket . David managed to get it reduced to a non-moving violation with no points . He kept me very well informed all through the process and called me at the end with results . I am extremely satisfied with his service and highly recommend him .

A+++ Customer Service!
It is not often you find a lawyer as helpful as David. I called him on a Saturday and he went out of his way to help me. He eventually got the ticket dismissed and keep me informed me the whole way. There is only one lawyer worth calling in Barstow and that is David Leicht

Speeding ticket
Dave was fantastic. I am a commercial truck driver and got a ticket east of Barstow in San Bernardino County. David handled the whole process and communicated wonderfully. My case was dismissed and I couldn't be any more grateful. I highly recommend David!
