Seamless and Efficient Estate Planning Services
We went to Chris Heritage to draw up a replacement Trust, Wills, POAs for Healthcare and Financial matters. Chris was the epitome of professionalism and demonstrated a knowledgeable thorougness in his procedures for collecting the information needed to create these documents and subsequently review them with us. His presentation process for review was uniquely done on a large video screen where he made corrections and changes in "real time". The final documents were presented in a fine "Estate Planning Porfolio" binder with guidance for its use. Everything about working with Chris and his exceptional staff was efficient, accomodating, and courteous with carried out with appropriate and promt communication. What had been a tedious and sometimes difficult process with our former attorney was made seamlessly efficient and simple by Chris and his staff. We endorse and highly recommend his legal practice with great gratitude for the work he did for us.

Amazing law firm. From day one the law firm was amazing. I was dealing with a messy Divorce and on the 1st meeting with them i knew it was going to be ok. I hired Chris to develop my Estate Plan. He made the process easy, explained very well the purpose of each of the final documents, gave me very specific "next steps" regarding titling my assets, and overall left me feeling very secure that my assets are very well protected.

Best estate planning professionals in the desert and San Diego: Heritage Legal

Christopher Heritage's legal service is something that everyone deserves. Chris' work exceded my high expectations!
I have had planning for my estate for the past 30 years. I thought what I had would suffice in any situation that may come up. I was wrong. I knew my planning lacked the depth needed to withstand any issues. After realizing I was not prepared and through many recommendations, I contacted Chris Heritage. Together we worked on the development of my new estate planning document. His expertise along with his professionalism was excellent. I can say that my family and I are now PREPARED. That was five years ago. Since then I have communicated with Chris regularly and have made updates to my Trust. He and his office staff are so willing to ensure that my wishes are taken care of. Serving as the "executor" of many of my family members trusts, I know what to expect when there is a need to refer to the writing of the trust planning. Chris reviewed our existing wills and trusts and identified a number of issues that would have caused us significant problems had they not been corrected - it was also a reminder that these documents need to be reviewed and updated on a regular basis. He worked quickly and efficiently to get them resolved - keeping us informed at every step. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Heritage helped with my partner's and my Estate Planning before we were allowed to get married legally in California and then afterwards. It has been a year tomorrow that we were allowed to get maried as a Same Sex Couple. He was helpful and explained everything to us so we could understand without a bunch of "legaleze". He and his Staff were their for us whenever we needed anything.
