We went to Chris Heritage to draw up a replacement Trust, Wills, POAs for Healthcare and Financial matters. Chris was the epitome of professionalism and demonstrated a knowledgeable thorougness in his procedures for collecting the information needed to create these documents and subsequently review ...them with us. His presentation process for review was uniquely done on a large video screen where he made corrections and changes in "real time". The final documents were presented in a fine "Estate Planning Porfolio" binder with guidance for its use. Everything about working with Chris and his exceptional staff was efficient, accomodating, and courteous with carried out with appropriate and promt communication. What had been a tedious and sometimes difficult process with our former attorney was made seamlessly efficient and simple by Chris and his staff.
