My client was drinking a beer in his driveway when a police officer told him his music was too loud. When my client asked the officer if someone had filed a report, the officer attacked my client, cau ... sing broken ribs and a partially collapsed lung. The police then charged my client with violation of penal code 148(a)(1), resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer. I took this case to trial and received a verdict of Not Guilty for my client.
