Highly Recommended

In a highly emotional and tense environment, Scott provided an environment where he supported the process by keeping us focused on the issues. Specifically, what I appreciated about Scott's approach was that he would explain what would typically happen in court, what would be arguable in court, what ...typically happens in mediation, and what were standard topics to be negotiated in mediation. Several times, we were close to moving away from mediation and going to court, which would have been an extreme waste of money in our case. Scott continuously tried to keep it on track to close out the process. I strongly recommend Scott as a mediator.

Mr. Levin is the in-house counsel for our company. I have worked closely with him on the legal matters arising out of the nature our business ranging from contractual negotiations and disputes with vendors, copyright infringement enforcement, employee law compliance, building leases, software leases,... postal issues and more.
