We're grateful to hear that I was able to provide clarity, balance, and a solution-focused approach throughout your mediation. Navigating complex financial matters and sensitive family dynamics requires both empathy and expertise—qualities that my team and I strive to bring to every case. Your words affirm our commitment to supporting clients with respect and dignity, no matter how unique or difficult the circumstances.

Outstanding experience with Scott

Going through a divorce is an emotionally taxing experience, but having Scott as our mediator made all the difference. From the very beginning, he exhibited a high level of professionalism, fairness, and empathy. He took the time to truly understand our unique situation and needs, ensuring that both ...parties felt heard and respected throughout the entire process. His ability to maintain a calm and composed atmosphere helped to alleviate much of the stress and tension we were feeling. Scott's guidance and expertise were invaluable in reaching a fair and amicable agreement. He navigated the complexities of our case with skill and provided us with the support we needed to move forward. I am incredibly grateful for his dedication and kindness during this difficult time, and would highly recommend Scott to anyone in need of a compassionate and skilled divorce mediator.

Reassuring and very professional

Going through a divorce is never easy, but this mediation process made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, there was a strong focus on fairness, communication, and finding solutions that worked for both of us. Every step was explained clearly, and complex issues like ch...ild custody, spousal support, and property division were handled with professionalism and care.

Run! Waste of Money

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!! He was paid in full and NEVER filed my response to my ex filing for divorce, even though I signed in his office a whole year prior. Now it's been 2 years into the process working together and he still hasn't filed?!?! Not only was that a huge fail - He also can't mediate... to save his life. If you are at an impasse in your divorce, he does not possess the tools to help you through it. We stopped working with him and I hired an attorney who caught it immediately on the first phone consult. When I reached out Scott about it he ignored my question and told me, he has a system that works well and has many happy clients. (What does that have to do with him not performing the work he was paid for?) Total deflection. An entire 2 years working with this man through the divorce process for nothing. Not only money wasted but time that I can't get back. I'm filing a complaint with the SDCBA, State Bar of California and filing a fee of dispute. $6k-$7k down the drain to accomplish nothing!
