Biography
I am a solo practice attorney in San Diego, California. I have lived here for over 20 years, and I cannot imagine calling anywhere else home. In my practice, I help families and business make plans to protect their assets.
In the business prong of my practice, I help clients form, maintain, or dissolve business entities such as partnerships, LLCs, and Corporations. I also help them with contracts, and with protecting their intellectual property assets by using tools such as copyrights and trademarks.
In the estate planning prong of my practice, I help my clients protect their family and business assets by making estate plans that are customized to their needs. I also help my clients in protecting their vulnerable loved ones by obtaining conservatorships, and guardianships. I also help my clients settle the affairs of loved ones through probate and trust administration.
My goal is to provide you with high quality and affordable legal services that give you peace of mind, and free you to pursue what you love, or need to do.
