You have to have a connection with the staff that is going to represent you to the Trustee. Jason was that person for me and his staff didn't let me down at all. His other star attorney is Rachel Harwylo. Rachel is an associate attorney at Avatar and she'd respond to emails, phone calls and questions within minutes. What a super-star!! Even after the discharge of debt Rachel helped ease my nerves with questions that she handled professionally. No stone went unturned. If you follow their process up front you get quality results. I can't say anything negative about Jason. Nothing at all. Call Avatar and interview his staff. Make sure you do your homework. Find out for yourself. That's the best advice I can give.
