Even after the discharge of debt Rachel helped ease my nerves with questions that she handled professionally. No stone went unturned. If you follow their process up front you get quality results. I can't say anything negative about Jason. Nothing at all. Call Avatar and interview his staff. Make sure you do your homework. Find out for yourself. That's the best advice I can give.
