Jason Jones is a fantastic lawyer. Not only because he is extremely knowledgeable in the Bankruptcy Law arena, but also because he is patient, helpful and explains the issues with your case until you understand them fully. We live in an age, especially within the Bankruptcy realm, where lawyers s...hare the common perspective of attracting cases that bring in a low-dollar, but at a high-volume. Thus, any client that presents a case with a complication, glitch, or a request for extra time invested via an additional explanation is avoided. Jason, however, does not share this perspective. My Bankruptcy case was extremely complicated. I accrued a tremendous amount of debt, prior to a recent marriage, that on paper appeared to fall into a Ch. 11 category. Previously, I spoke with several lawyers who frankly wasted my time with in-take forms and lack of communication. Jason, however, was different. On his own time, he listened to my situation, understood the intricacies and took on my challenge. In fact, Jason peeled away the layers and misinformation from others, explained the Means Test, and enabled me to realize that my case was really a complicated a Ch. 7 and not anything else. Ultimately, I succeeded with my case and would not have reached this goal if I didn't secure Jason's representation. He and his associate, Rachel, were extremely informative, knowledgeable and patient. I must have spent several hours on the phone with Jason understanding my complications that I know for certain was not included in my fee. We meet last year with Jason to see what are my family option to file bankruptcy. After he review my bills, the only option I had was a chapter 7 bankruptcy.
