A year later, after multiple meetings, getting expert witnesses ready, etc, etc. She had us ready for trial! I know I never would've gotten the outcome I did without her help. She ...is amazing & I would highly recommend her for any of your legal needs....particularly DUI's!

On a wing and a prayer, I emailed Diane Medina hoping to get information on how to best proceed with our son, TK's court appearance. He had gotten a DUI in a small town, and remote part of the state of CA where he was working for the summer. We live in Montana. I hadn't been able to contact an a...ttorney local to where TK needs to appear in court, and I was desperate to understand more about the process. Diane called me in Montana the very next day. She was too far away from the county where TK needed to go to court to logically consider coming to represent him. However, she gave me numerous law details to consider, options to be aware of, and expressed empathy for our unique situation. She did not act rushed in any way, and was thoughtful and thorough in informing me of what we might expect. Being the parent of a child with a DUI is difficult. You want to throttle them for not having practiced the lessons you hoped you'd instilled their entire life. You want to hold them responsible for the poor choices they've made in order to be in this predicament, and you want them to learn from this lapse in judgment. However, you also want to protect them from one poor choice defining them in greater proportion to the positive and productive aspects of their character. You want to ensure that the financial impact and driver license suspension don't cause a ripple effect that might get them off-track on their academic & professional pursuits. Ms. Medina seemed to clearly understand this balance. If my brief experience with Diane Medina is any gauge of the quality of representation and genuine empathy she shows to her clients...... You should run, not walk to attain her services if you are in a pickle!

Diana provided excellent representation for my court appearance for a traffic citation, Diane was extremely attentive to my situation and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Diane clearly laid out what to expect from the court and did not mislead or give me unreasonable expectati...ons. From beginning to end Diane was extremely responsive and provided thorough answers to every question I had, Diane showed a personal interest in my case and was able to resolve it to my benefit. My experience with Diane was absolutely positive on every level. I have nothing but the best to say about her representation.

I had 2 traffic tickets. Speeding and out of state license, but was told I should have gotten CA license. Diane called back after first call. Gave e here plan, and then executed it. I provided her with the required documents and she took it from there. She know about the CHP who wrote me the ticket a...s she had beaten him before in other cases. She went to court as planned and had all tickets dismissed with no charges or court fees. So far she was the only the first atty to get all dismissed with not fees of any kind. She was not expensive and a 3rd of the cost of another atty. She handled it while I was out of the state on business. I would call her again as she kept her word with each step.
