Vera Livingstone represented me for a number of years during a contested divorce. I am now paying another attorney tens of thousands of dollars to correct her mistakes. Vera advised me not to file multiple motions to compel against my ex-wife after her discovery responses centered around fifth ame...ndment protection. And to reiterate, this is for a civil proceeding where no illegal activities were mentioned or identified. But, because no motions to compel were ever filed, I have no information to settle my divorce outside of a trial, Vera also approved a stipulation submitted by opposing counsel where he attached my signature page to the original unmodified document that was disputed and corrected. I asked her several times to fix this, but she did not. As I have recently learned, the statute of limitations may have expired for me to pursue legal action against the opposing counsel and Vera (innocent until proven guilty) leaving me on the hook to pay my ex-wife $10,000, plus legal fees. Vera struggles with grammar, composition, and case presentation. If you hire Vera, you will be busy correcting and rewriting her court submissions and burdened with presenting your argument to the court. She often had me explain things to the judge during hearings because she did not know the details of my case to include what I did for work despite repeatedly telling her.

Vera Livingstone is hands down, the BEST family court lawyer out there. Words can't even express how overjoyed I am with her work.
