Outstanding Lawyer

Vera did an outstanding job handling my child support case by being well prepared, professional, honest, and providing amazing litigation skills during my hearing. From the moment I hired Vera she always was very responsive, understanding, and professional. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and ...will always have her represent me when needed. I would also recommend her to anyone that needs child visitation or child custody representation.

Subpoenas

I needed assistance on submitting a couple subpoenas as recommended from my last child support hearing. However, when I attempted to get assistance filling out the paperworks required, the family law facilitators regretfully informed me that they were unable to help. I spent that morning and aftern...oon contacting several law firms inquiring about deposition officer but they all turned me away. Thankfully I contacted Godkin and Brengle LLC and where Mrs. Livingstone was able to help me prepare my subpoenas in time to file it that afternoon. It’s been signed off and I couldn’t have done it without her help

Personable, Results-Driven & Real

I was referred to Ms. Livingstone by my previous attorney's paralegal because that attorney recently retired. Ms. Livingstone represented me in my Child Custody / Child Support case. From the beginning, she was upfront and honest about the challenges we might face. She was respectful with my time ...as well as my money, and always got straight to the point. Although we were dealing with a very difficult and unreasonable co-parent, Ms. Livingstone used her professionalism and knowledge to obtain a fair outcome in my case. I gained more parenting time with my son and had a reasonable support plan put in place. Having to deal with courts and custody again was very upsetting to me, but with Ms. Livingstone on my side I felt more at ease. Whenever I would stress or worry she would assure me that it was her job to carry that burden for me. I am very blessed to have had Ms. Livingstone's representation. If only I had met her sooner and had her assistance from the very beginning.

Always there for you

In a time of personal crisis and confusion, I was referred to Vera by someone who had experienced her professionalism and abilities first hand. My story was quite frankly unbelievable but to Vera's credit she listened patiently and took the time to understand the complexity of the case, then quickly... formulated a plan moving forward (legally and personally). I found her to be honest, straightforward, invested, and conscientious of the fiscal impacts the situation had brought upon my kids and I. Throughout the 18+months of crazy proceedings, she never wasted my time or money. What could have spiraled financially out of control, she kept in check with rational, fiscally responsible ways forward. Her goals were the same as mine, bring stability and happiness back to my kids without financial ruin. Fast forward 6 years...and I dropped her a note to ask her opinion on something that may affect the agreement. She literally saw my email and called my cell within minutes to say hi and how she could help. She took the time to look things over and quickly advise me. The same person who was by my side providing expert legal advice to me long ago was there for me now in a moments notice. If you want an attorney who deeply cares about you as a person, is incredibly honest and is expert in Family Law, then Vera is the one and only choice. She is the best!

Tough, smart, organized

Vera came highly recommended to me when I needed a lawyer for a custody/child support case. I had just met with a different lawyer whom I wasn't happy with and when I spoke with her on the phone, I was very excited to feel like I had found that "right one". She handled my case expertly and efficientl...y. Given the number of twist and turns we had to navigate, I was grateful she was on my side. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need.
