Quick and Efficient

I reached out to Michael to assist in a criminal case regarding my brother. From our first conversation, he was knowledgeable, easy to understand, quick to take action and he promptly resolved the issue. My opinion

If you're looking for an attorney who does the minimum and never calls you back I wouldn't hire Mike. Mike from the start was on top of my situation called me when anything came up, kept me informed, and took a genuine interest in my case. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Great guy too.

Outstanding top notch attorney

Mr. Stuart is an outstanding attorney, starting from the very first time we made contact with his offices. Mr. Stuart was very professional and stayed in constant contact with us throughout his representation. Even making arrangements to meet with us on the holidays and weekends. He made himself avai...lable to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot!). His legal fees were extremely reasonable. Mr. Stuart went above and beyond helping with our legal issue(s), as well as addressed another issue that we had not even retained him for. His guidance and patience throughout the legal process was thoroughly enjoyable. His courtroom professionalism and how hard he fought for us, as his clients, was outstanding. He got the best desirable outcome for our case(s). If you are looking for an attorney, I would highly recommend you contact him FIRST. Trusted and Respected

I have been a client of Michael Stuart for several years now. Initially he represented me in a DUI case that could have had a much worse outcome if I didn’t have him as my lawyer. He was quick in responding to me, attentive to my questions, and reasonable in his fees. His knowledge of California l...aw is impressive. A week ago I sent Michael an email asking about early termination of probation and the expungement process. He literally called me within moments of sending him the email. He had me stop in, we prepared the paperwork and he was able to get a court date in the same week. Michael is ALWAYS prepared! Although what I was asking for was a two part process, he had me fill out all applicable paperwork for the expungement at the time we requested the early termination of probation. Since he came prepared the judge granted both at the same time! The expungement process can take MONTHS to be approved! I have recommended Michael to friends and family who have had similar life events happen. Michael has earned my trust and you will not be disappointed if you are in need of his counsel. I can’t say thank you enough!

Good result and legal representation from Michael

Michael provided me an honest consultation regarding my case and the defense strategies and options available to me. It was the reason I chose him to represent me in my case. From the moment he took my case, we communicated regularly, he gave me sound advice about the legal maneuvers and options an...d provided great recommendations when there were multiple options. In the end, I received the result I wanted, the case was mediated (I didn't even have to talk to a judge at all) and now I can move on with my life.
